How long is the voucher valid?

3 years from issue date. After expiry, just give us a call — we usually find a solution.

Where can the voucher be redeemed?

In all rooms of SAAL — Art-Nouveau Hall, Parterre, La Stazione, Summer Garden. Also for private events.

How fast does the voucher arrive?

Within Switzerland usually 2 – 4 working days. If you're in a hurry, call us — it'll be ready for pick-up.

How is payment handled?

By bank transfer with the enclosed invoice — within 14 days. No credit card needed.
