What data do we collect?
- Reservations: name, phone, email, date, number of guests.
- Contact form: name, email, message.
- Voucher orders: billing address, optional shipping address.
- Newsletter: email address, language, sign-up time.
How do we use the data?
Primarily to handle your event, your reservation, or your inquiry. We do not pass data to third parties, except to our hosting and mail providers under appropriate agreements.
Occasional offers
If you give us your email address through one of our forms (reservation, contact, voucher), we also occasionally — rarely, never more than a few times a year — let you know about specials and news from the house. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link you can use at any time with one click. This is independent of our regular newsletter, which you sign up for separately with its own consent — unsubscribing from occasional offers does not affect the newsletter, and vice versa.
Cookies & Analytics
This website uses technically necessary cookies (session, language preference). For visitor statistics we use Matomo, self-hosted on our own infrastructure (stats.steady.gmbh) — your data never leaves our own systems and is not shared with third parties. IP addresses are collected anonymized, and no tracking cookie is used.
